Simon was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, but his family relocated to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan when he was just a year old, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his life.
Prior to entering the film industry, Simon received a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Saskatchewan, providing him with a solid foundation in business principles.
However, it was during a tour of Universal Studios that Simon's passion for acting was ignited. As his tour bus passed by the studio where his childhood idol, Arnold Schwarzenegger, was filming the iconic movie Kindergarten Cop in 1990, Simon was bitten by the acting bug, a moment that would forever change the trajectory of his career.
Before landing his first speaking role in Just Friends in 2005, Simon gained valuable industry experience by working in various crew positions, including set-security, production assistant, and extras wrangler, as well as behind-the-scenes roles in the casting department.
Today, Simon resides in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, but his work has taken him internationally, a testament to his dedication and perseverance in the competitive world of film.
