Sonalee Kulkarni, a talented individual, was born to Manohar and Savinder Kulkarni, a retired doctor and a former Army associate, respectively, in the army cantonment of Khadki, near the vibrant city of Pune.
Her father, a Deshastha Brahmin from Maharashtra, and her mother, originally from Punjab, brought up Sonalee in a unique cultural blend, where she developed fluency in Hindi, Marathi, English, and Punjabi.
As a child, Sonalee was educated at the prestigious Army School, Kendriya Vidyalaya, and Ferguson College, Pune, where she laid the foundation for her future academic pursuits.
Her academic journey culminated in a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the renowned Indira School of Communication, Pune.
Interestingly, Sonalee has been practicing dance since the tender age of five and received training in Bharatnatyam during her school years.
