The daughter of two dedicated school teachers, Grayden was born and raised in the charming coastal town of Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts, where she began her journey in the world of performing arts at the tender age of five.
After graduating cum laude from the esteemed Barnard College, where she majored in American Studies, Grayden went on to work as a talented performing member of the Drama Department in New York City. Her impressive theater credits include notable productions such as Hopscotch, The Vagina Monologues, Fool for Love, Hamlet, Waiting for Lefty, and Ordinary Day.
In addition to her stage work, Grayden has also made a name for herself in the world of television. Her notable credits include a recurring role on the critically acclaimed HBO series Six Feet Under, a starring role on the Fox Television series John Doe, and a guest appearance on the popular Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
