Steve Nalepa is a multifaceted artist, residing in Los Angeles, with a diverse range of creative pursuits. As a producer, programmer, keyboardist, and sound designer, he has had the privilege of collaborating with an impressive array of world-renowned artists across various genres.
His impressive network of collaborators includes the renowned producer Bill Laswell, the legendary saxophonist Pharoah Sanders, the talented violinist Lili Haydn, and the iconic funk legend George Clinton, to name a few.
In addition to his artistic endeavors, Nalepa is also a dedicated educator, currently serving as the Technical Marketing Specialist for M-Audio. He regularly teaches clinics on industry-standard software such as Live and Pro Tools M-Powered, and has previously held the position of Technical Support Supervisor and lead Reason expert while M-Audio distributed the software.
With a strong background in technical writing, instructional-video production, and education, Nalepa has authored and produced the comprehensive guide Reason 3 CSi Master and contributed to the esteemed Ableton Live 4 CSi Master.
Nalepa's creative output includes his debut album Flatlands, which he recently completed, as well as feature appearances on the compilations Left Coast Liquid and Beneath the Surface from Native State Records and Future Sound Theory from Celestial Dragon.
