With a diverse range of projects under his belt, Steve has worked on numerous major films, including Daybreakers, The Matrix Trilogy, King Kong, The Hobbit Trilogy, Love and Monsters, and most recently, The Portable Door with The Jim Henson Company.
Steve's impressive credentials include being AACTA Award-nominated for his work on Winchester, as well as winning several Production Design Guild Awards for the medical drama Harrow.
As a passionate advocate for SFX, Steve founded Formation Effects, a full-service practical and visual effects company that boasts a talented team of creatives and technicians. Outside of the SFX world, Steve is also an established writer and director, having worked on shorts such as Mullet Gut and Avulsion, as well as feature-length projects like Born Savage and The Demon Disorder.
With his natural gift for storytelling and established connections within the industry, Steve has continued to grow his production slate by creating Formation Pictures, a Brisbane-based production company.
