Nilufar Begum, a renowned Bangladeshi actress, who was more commonly known by her stage name Sumita Devi, embarked on a remarkable 45-year-long career, during which she had the opportunity to act in a staggering number of around 200 films, as well as 150 radio and television dramas.
In addition to her extensive work in the film and television industry, Sumita Devi was also an artist at the Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra in 1971, demonstrating her versatility and talent as a performer.
