Summer Altice stands at an impressive 5'10" height, which undoubtedly contributed to her natural aptitude for the sport of volleyball. During her high school years at Fountain Valley, she excelled in the sport, lettering for four consecutive seasons. In the spring of 1997, she signed a letter of intent to play outside hitter for the San Diego State University Aztecs, where she would continue her academic pursuits in the field of communications.
Over the course of two years at SDSU, Summer Altice was an outstanding student-athlete, earning a spot on the All-Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Academic team in 1999 for her impressive sophomore season. Notably, she maintained an impressive 3.85 GPA during this period.
In the spring of 2000, Summer Altice transferred to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) to further her studies in communications and to explore new opportunities in the modeling industry. Her modeling career had already gained momentum, having won the YM's cover girl contest in 1995 and subsequently signing with the prestigious Elite modeling agency.
Summer Altice's modeling career reached new heights when she was named the Playboy Playmate of the Month for August 2000. Her exceptional beauty and captivating presence have made her a strong contender for the coveted title of Playboy Playmate of the Year in 2001.
