Thomas was born in Sikeston, Missouri, to a family of eleven siblings, with an absent father and a childhood marked by frequent moves across various states, including Virginia, Georgia, Texas, and Tennessee. Her teenage years were spent in Daytona Beach, Florida, where she describes herself as a shy and nerdy kid who wore coke bottle glasses and struggled to fit in, often keeping to herself and lacking close friendships. Thomas dropped out of high school in the tenth grade and moved to Ft. Lauderdale, where she worked as a waitress and "trophy girl" at a local NASCAR track.
At the age of 18, Thomas began her career in the adult film industry, shooting her first adult film. Shortly after, she met and fell in love with Zack Thomas, and they got married just five months later. The couple then relocated to Los Angeles to pursue their dreams of becoming adult film stars. Thomas also ventured into mainstream film work, landing roles in several "B" movies, including Witchcraft IV: The Virgin Heart in 1992.
During her pregnancy, Thomas took a break from film work but returned to the industry with renewed energy. She starred in several amateur videos with her then-husband before moving on to more prominent projects. The couple eventually divorced in 1993, and Thomas began a new chapter in her life.
Thomas then moved in with Dennis Hof, the owner of the Bunny Ranch, a legal Nevada brothel. However, she eventually left the adult film industry in 2009 due to concerns about the lack of precautions being taken to prevent the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases. Thomas remained involved with the brothel until December 2013, when she decided to leave the industry for good.
