Person Biography:
Suzanne Crough was born on March 6, 1963, in Fullerton, California, to Joseph Wilfred Crough and Anne O'Malley Crough. She was the youngest of eight children, with siblings Lynda, Trudy, Kathleen, Loyleen, Gail, Timothy, and Patrick. Her parents were of Scottish and Canadian descent.
Suzanne began her acting career at the age of 5 1/2, after being convinced by her mother to try acting. Her oldest brother had acted in "The Andy Griffith Show," which inspired her to pursue a career in acting. She landed her first role in a Mattel Kiddles commercial and went on to appear in several commercials before being cast as Tracy Partridge in "The Partridge Family."
During her time on "The Partridge Family," Suzanne attended school on set and worked a total of eight hours a day, with three hours dedicated to school. When the show was on break, she attended public school. She developed close friendships with her co-stars, including Danny Bonaduce and Brian Forster, and even had a passion for horses, which she continued to pursue throughout her life.
After "The Partridge Family," Suzanne continued to act in various TV movies and guest appearances on television shows. She graduated from Pierce College and went on to own and operate a bookstore in southern California. She was married to William Condray and had two daughters, Samantha and Alexandra.
