Tania Verafield, a native Angeleno, embarked on her career as a Ford model at the tender age of 10. She made her feature film debut in 2005, opposite Christian Bale, in the directorial debut of David Ayer, the screenwriter behind the Academy Award-winning film "Training Day" (2001). Since then, she has shared the screen with renowned actresses such as Tilda Swinton in the foreign thriller "Julia" (2008).
Her impressive filmography boasts three Sundance Film Festival hits, including Destin Daniel Cretton's "Short Term 12" (2008),which won the Short Film Grand Jury Prize in 2009, "I Am Not a Hipster" (2012),and Justin Chon's "Ms. Purple" (2019).
