Thomas began his theatrical journey at the University of Maryland, College Park, where he initially studied the art of theatre. His passion for performance led him to attend a prestigious performing arts program at the historic Freedom Theatre in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Under the guidance of esteemed instructors, Thomas honed his craft by studying the art of acting with renowned professionals such as Aaron Spieser, Chip Fields, and Richard Lawson at the Beverly Hills Playhouse and privately.
Thomas's on-screen debut on MTV's "Beauty and the Beach" marked the beginning of his extensive career in film and television. Since then, he has appeared in over thirty films, plays, and television shows, including award-winning national and international commercials, radio spots, and print campaigns. His notable roles include General Hospital, Crime Strike, and the web series "Those Guys," where he is a series regular. Thomas has had the privilege of working with acclaimed directors such as Mario Van Pebbles, Tommy Hicks, Denise Dowse, and Kevin Smith across various forms of media.
One of Thomas's most memorable theatrical roles was his portrayal of Jonathan Cooke in "One Woman, Two Lives," opposite the talented Kellita Smith. His most recent theatrical appearance was with Eastern Sky Theatre Company's "The Last Appeal." Thomas is annually invited to perform with Towne Street Theatre, where he is fondly remembered for his poignant portrayal of "Junior," the drug-addicted brother of an autistic boy, as well as his notable performance in the play "Naked Man: A Conversation with a Nudist."
In addition to his theatrical pursuits, Thomas has also trained in both boxing and martial arts, which he incorporates into his stage combat, firearm, weapons, and stunt training. Under the guidance of stunt coordinator John Moio and stunt performer Precious Holloway, Thomas has developed a strong foundation in stunt work, allowing him to seamlessly integrate his athleticism into his performances.
