Thuso, a South African-born individual, graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art in 2014, subsequently landing his initial acting role in the television drama "The Principal", directed by Kriv Stenders.
Following this, he appeared in his first feature film, the American-Australian thriller "2:22", as well as "Berlin Syndrome", a feature film by Aquarius Films, and the television series "Random and Whacky" for Ambience Entertainment.
Notably, Thuso also hosted the children's television program "Imagination Train" and narrated several programs for ABC Radio.
In 2015, he made his theatre debut with the premiere of "Prize Fighter" at the Brisbane Festival, earning a Helpmann Award nomination for Best Actor in a Supporting Role.
He reprised this role in the Belvoir production in 2016, and in 2017, he took on the role of "Malcolm" in Bell Shakespeare's production of "Macbeth".
Most recently, Thuso has performed in Belvoir's "A Taste of Honey", Darlinghurst Theatre's "The Mystery of Love and Sex", appeared in the ABC's medical drama "Pulse", and completed filming on the Heath Davis directed feature film "Book Week".
