Tiffany Apan is a multi-talented artist who has made a name for herself in the music and literary worlds. Born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania, she began honing her musical skills from a young age, thanks to her musician grandparents who taught her guitar, violin, and accordion. She later took up classical piano at the age of nine.
Tiffany's interest in history and mythology also started at a young age. She was the only one in her fifth-grade writing class who was obsessed with Vikings and Norwegian sea legends, and would often write poems about them. Her passion for history and mythology continued to grow as she got older.
In addition to her musical talents, Tiffany is also a skilled dancer and vocalist. She started taking dance lessons at the age of three and formal classical voice training at the age of twelve. She has appeared in numerous musical theater and operatic productions, and has even landed supporting roles in indie films.
Tiffany's music career took off in 2008 with the release of her debut album, Poet. The album received widespread critical acclaim, with Ray Dorsey of Ray's Realm calling it "one of 2008's best albums." Her music has also been featured on several compilation albums, in film, and has won awards at the International Indie Gathering Film Festival.
In addition to her music, Tiffany is also a writer. Her screenplay, Driving Nowhere, won Best Horror Short Script at the International Indie Gathering Film Festival in 2012. She has also written a series of Dark Romance Fantasy novels, which have been well-received by fans and critics alike.
Tiffany is currently working on a new musical project titled Antiquity, which will feature gothic and Celtic symphonic metal songs inspired by her Dark Romance Fantasy series. She is also a member of the band Wayward Companions, which she joined after meeting her bandmates at a living history museum tavern night. She has also become part of the Pittsburgh Historical Music Society's Orchestra, serving as a vocalist and stand-in percussionist.
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys fitness, holistic health, antiquing, and making her home look like a vintage paradise. She is looking forward to releasing new music as an individual artist and with Wayward Companions in 2018.
