Tiffany Helm is a talented actress, born to Peter Helm and renowned actress Brooke Bundy. She began her journey in the world of dance, studying with the esteemed Roland Dupree and being a part of the prestigious "The Beverly Hills Mime Troupe".
As she entered her teenage years, Tiffany transitioned into modeling, making her mark in the industry. Her film debut came with a small yet significant role in the 1984 movie Hard to Hold.
Tiffany's breakout role was as "Kate Haskell" in the 1985 series The Zoo Gang, which cemented her position as a rising star. Her portrayal of "Violet" in Friday the 13th: A New Beginning (1985) further solidified her status in the horror genre.
In the following year, Tiffany took on the role of innocent juvenile delinquent "Andrea Eldridge" in the babes-behind-bars parody Reform School Girls (1986),showcasing her versatility as an actress.
Throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s, Tiffany made guest appearances on popular TV shows such as Freddy's Nightmares (1988),21 Jump Street (1987),You Again? (1986),Santa Barbara (1984),The Young and the Restless (1973),Bare Essence (1983),and Likely Stories, Vol. 3 (1983).
