Tim Aslin was born in Bloomington, Indiana, to Richard and Patricia Aslin, and was the second of their two children. The Aslin family relocated to Rochester, New York, when Tim was just six years old, and he spent the majority of his childhood in this city.
As a student within the Brighton School System, Tim excelled in various sports, including wrestling, soccer, and baseball, at Brighton High School. However, at the age of 17, he suffered a significant setback when he tore his left ACL while playing soccer, rendering him unable to participate in any sports during his senior year of high school.
In the aftermath of this injury, Tim discovered a new outlet in acting, which he pursued at Connecticut College. His first performance was in a student-written and directed play called "Pass The Stuffing" by Jesse Evans. He went on to take on numerous roles throughout his college career, ultimately culminating in a one-man show based on the life and death of James Dean, which he both wrote, directed, and acted in.
Tim's impressive academic and artistic achievements earned him a scholarship to the renowned Lee Strasberg School of Acting in New York City, where he attended classes for a year. During this time, he actively pursued acting opportunities in the theater.
Currently, Tim Aslin resides in Los Angeles, where he is actively seeking roles in film and television.
