Timothy Robert DeKay, a multifaceted individual, was born on June 12, 1963, in the picturesque city of Ithaca, New York. During his high school years, he showcased his athleticism by excelling in both basketball and baseball.
In his senior year, he took to the stage, starring in his high school's production of the timeless classic, Oliver!. This marked a significant milestone in his early life, demonstrating his versatility and passion for the performing arts.
After completing his high school education, DeKay pursued higher education, enrolling at Le Moyne College. He successfully earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, laying the foundation for his future endeavors.
Following his graduation, he joined Marcellus Casket Co. in Syracuse, New York, where he gained valuable work experience. However, his true calling lay in the world of acting, and he subsequently relocated to Rutgers University to pursue his Master of Fine Arts degree.
It was during his time at Rutgers that he met his future wife, the talented actress Elisa Taylor. The couple has since built a life together, currently residing in California with their two children.
