Prior to embarking on a career in documentary filmmaking, Tim spent over 15 years honing his skills as a television sports and news anchor and reporter, traversing multiple states and U.S. markets, including the Great Lakes state of Michigan, the Evergreen State of Washington, the Sunshine State of Florida, the Empire State of New York, and the Ocean State of Rhode Island, specifically Providence.

During this period, Tim held a variety of positions, serving as weekend sports anchor and sports/news reporter at Ch. 10 in Providence, Rhode Island, and earning the esteemed designation of sportscaster-of-the-year from the Florida Sportscaster's Association.

Tim earned his academic credentials from the esteemed University of Rhode Island, where he successfully completed a program of study in Journalism.
