Timothy Todd McCord, better known as Tim McCord, is a talented musician born on June 28, 1979, in the lively city of Sacramento, California. As the bassist for the acclaimed American rock band Evanescence, McCord took over the role in mid-2006 following the departure of Will Boyd. Prior to his association with Evanescence, McCord gained recognition for his work as a guitarist for the band The Revolution Smile from 2000 to 2004.
In addition to his work with Evanescence, McCord is also an integral part of the Japanese music label, Brave Wave Productions, showcasing his diverse talents in the music industry. Notably, McCord is a devoted father to his two children, Maddie McCord and Declan McCord.
