Biography

Tony Page, also professionally known as Toby Page, was a child actor who made a significant impact in the British television scene during the 1970s.

Born around 1960, Page's early career was marked by his appearances in various British television series, showcasing his remarkable talent at a young age.

One of his most notable roles was as the 'Brat' in the Two Ronnies' short comedy sketch, 'The Picnic', where he left a lasting impression on audiences.

However, it is his iconic portrayal of 'Master Ronald Heath', the whining teenager, in the Fawlty Towers episode 'Gourmet Night' that has cemented his place in television history. His character's relentless complaining about the food, declaring the chips to be 'awful' and 'the wrong shape', and describing the chef's fresh mayonnaise as 'puke', has become a timeless classic.

In a remarkable twist of fate, Tony Page, the same individual who had once played a whiny teenager, went on to pursue a career as a chef in Norwich, England, in his later life, displaying a sense of irony that is hard to ignore.
