Victoria Sanchez, a multilingual artist, was born in the Canary Islands, Spain, to a Polish dancer and a Spanish-Dominican documentary filmmaker. Since 1983, she has called Montreal, Canada her home.
Sanchez's acting career began in 1996, shortly after graduating from the John Abbott College Professional Theatre Program. Her breakthrough role was the lead in a popular French TV series in her native Quebec, which marked the start of a prolific career spanning over two decades.
