Vicki Chambers, a talented individual, made her television debut in 1972, taking on the lead role of Marianne in the production "Escape Into The Night". This marked the beginning of her illustrious career, which would see her appear in numerous television shows and films.
Prior to her television debut, Vicki Chambers had already established herself as a presenter of the BBC Radio Brum Club, and later, she embarked on a successful tour of the Northern circuit, performing in two one-woman shows, "Waking Up" and "Girl Talk".
In the early 1980s, Vicki Chambers continued to hone her craft, appearing in various television shows, including "Tazzer", "Watch Your Language", "Angels", "Artemis 81", and "Coronation Street", where she played the role of robbery accomplice Michelle Fenton.
In 1983, Vicki Chambers returned to "Coronation Street" for a two-year stint, playing the role of Sally Waterman, a secretary and reporter at the Weatherfield Recorder, alongside Ken Barlow. During this time, she also appeared in the BBC comedy series "The Young Ones" as The Hag and in "Happy Families" as Sister Prudence.
Throughout her career, Vicki Chambers has worked extensively in radio, starring in numerous plays and commercials. Her television credits include "Hope It Rains", "An Actors Life For Me", "Talk, Write and Read", "Chalkface", "Truckers", "Take Me Home", "The Goodbye Window", and "Out of Order".
To this day, Vicki Chambers resides in Birmingham, where she continues to work with the Birmingham Repertory Company, solidifying her reputation as a versatile and talented performer.
