Vladimir Olegovich Chuprikov, born on July 24, 1964, in the vibrant city of Moscow, USSR, began his journey in the world of arts from a young age. After completing his education at the prestigious Lunacharskii State Institute of Theatrical Arts (GITIS) in 1988, he earned a master's degree in Drama acting under the guidance of renowned instructor A.V. Borodin.
Vladimir's professional career in the theatre spanned several decades, with notable stints at the Central Children's Theater, now known as RAMT (1988-2000),the Moscow Class Theater (from 2005),and the "Turandot" Moscow Theater (from 2010). His impressive repertoire also includes performances at the Moscow Jewish Theater "Shalom" and the "Perovskaya Theater", commencing in 2016.
In addition to his acting prowess, Vladimir has also honed his skills as a director. He graduated from the Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute in 2017, earning a license degree in Directing of Drama under the tutelage of M.B. Borisov.
Throughout his illustrious career, Vladimir has had the privilege of teaching acting and directing at the VGIK - Gerasimov University of Cinematic Arts, under the guidance of the esteemed M.Yu. Ivannikov, from 2010 to 2014. His extensive filmography boasts over 250 credits, with appearances in films worldwide from 1984 to 2019.
