Wade F. Wilson's journey in the entertainment industry began with a passion for the performing arts, which led him to the Young Actor's Workshop in Richmond, California. As he honed his craft, he eventually made the move to Los Angeles, where he furthered his education at the California State University of Los Angeles.
His big break came in 2013 when he landed a role in the horror film Ooga Booga, marking his debut in feature films. The following year, he starred in the sci-fi spectacle Asteroid Versus Earth, which paved the way for his collaboration with the renowned director Spike Lee in 2015.
Wade's impressive resume continued to grow with his poignant portrayal of Michael Reynolds in S3 & S4 of the critically acclaimed television series Dear White People. Throughout his career, he has been grateful for the numerous opportunities, thrilling adventures, and exceptional individuals he has met along the way.
When asked about his approach to pursuing his dreams, Wade shared words of wisdom, saying, "Believe in your dreams, for they believe in you. It's not a matter of can't, only what you will or won't do. Fill your heart with love and carry it with you through life's darkest moments. Let doubt and fear know the bravery that resides in your heart, and when they tell you that you'll fail or your dreams are unattainable, look them straight in the eye and say, 'Anything is possible.'"
