Wilhelm Furtwängler, a highly acclaimed German conductor, entered the world on January 25, 1886, within the bustling metropolis of Berlin, Germany, a city renowned for its rich cultural heritage and vibrant artistic scene. Throughout his remarkable and illustrious career, he left an enduring and indelible mark on the world of music, his name becoming synonymous with numerous iconic and groundbreaking film scores that have stood the test of time. These scores, which have been released over the years, include the 1972 film Ludwig - Requiem for a Virgin King, a cinematic masterpiece that has captivated audiences worldwide with its poignant and evocative soundtrack.
