As the family faced the harsh realities of war and persecution, they made the courageous decision to flee their homeland in search of a safer future. With great determination, Hinda and her children embarked on a perilous journey, navigating the complexities of international borders and cultural differences.
Their odyssey took them from Ukraine to South America, where they briefly settled before ultimately making their way to the United States. This monumental move took place on November 12th, 1922, marking a significant milestone in William's life as he began his new life in America.
