Noted clarinetist, composer, and bandleader, renowned for his iconic hits such as "At the Woodchoppers' Ball", received a prestigious education at Marquette University. He began his illustrious career as a clarinetist in the esteemed orchestras of Joey Lichter, Harry Sosnik, Gus Arnheim, and Indiana Jones, before forming his own orchestra, captivating audiences in hotels, theatres, and ballrooms.
Throughout his illustrious career, he embarked on numerous international tours, including a European tour in 1954 and a Latin American tour in 1958, sponsored by the US State Department. He also made numerous records, solidifying his legacy as a master of his craft.
As a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP),he collaborated with prominent musicians such as Chubby Jackson and Ralph Burns.
