Yiftach Katzur embarked on his acting career in 1975 at the tender age of 17, taking on the lead role of Alan Strang in Peter Shaffer's esteemed play Equus. This marked the beginning of his film career, which saw him star as Benji in the iconic "Lemon Popsicle" movies.
As his career progressed, Katzur appeared in a string of Israeli films, including "Atalia" and "Soldier of the Night", as well as a small but notable role in the Robert Mitchum-starring "The Ambassador" in 1984, alongside Zachi Noy.
The talented actor also made a memorable appearance on a popular Israeli talk-show, where he had a humorous and poignant moment with Anat Atzmon, aka Nikki from the "Lemon Popsicle" franchise.
Katzur's most recent film credit is reported to be "Gentila", which premiered in 1997 and went on to win the prestigious Haifa Film Festival Award For Best Film in 1998.
Although he has since retired from acting, Katzur has successfully transitioned to the business world, founding his own advertising company, Acatmedia Israel. He is married with a daughter, and his life has taken a fulfilling turn outside of the spotlight.
