Zachary's fascination with construction began at the tender age of eight, allowing him to explore his passion from a remarkably young age, courtesy of his homeschooling experience. By the time he reached the age of thirteen, Zachary had already started working for a local contractor, Anything Construction, where he began by taking on menial tasks such as sweeping floors, but quickly demonstrated his capabilities by working his way up to more complex tasks like sweeping ceilings.
As Zachary's skills and experience grew, he had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from installing drop ceilings in Manhattan skyscrapers to applying exterior paint to historic homes in New Jersey. However, it was his first home purchase, a dilapidated old house, that served as a stark reminder of the potential pitfalls of poor renovation work. This experience instilled in Zachary a strong desire to create a company that prioritized craftsmanship above all else, a company that would place a premium on quality and attention to detail, and would only use the finest tools to achieve exceptional results.
