Released from prison after serving six years for a crime he didn't commit, Shane Daniels is granted an apology from the State of Arizona. Upon his freedom, he inadvertently witnesses a cop being killed by the Chinese mafia, who are holding a kidnapped girl and a bag of drug money. Seeking to rescue the girl and her uncle, Shane agrees to help, enlisting the aid of the Russian mafia, whose boss owes him a favor for saving his son from a previous Chinese mafia action.
