In 1980s Los Angeles, a karate expert named Billie seeks revenge against Scarface, a local gangster, after he attacks her grandparents. Determined to rid the neighborhood of Scarface and his thugs, Billie becomes a vigilante, taking matters into her own hands as she faces off against corrupt police and the justice system.
