In this comedy, two American mobsters seek refuge in a Glasgow cafe owned by their soft-spoken, Scottish-Italian cousin, Roberto. While Roberto's skills lie in frying fish and collecting stamps, not in tough-guy antics, his American visitors try to make amends by intimidating a debt collector who's threatening his property. However, their aggressive methods only alarm Roberto, who begins to suspect that they're not the PR consultants they claimed to be.
