A man, Alan Jones, is brutally attacked and taken to a lab where he is subjected to horrific experiments in an attempt to reanimate a Frankenstein's monster. The experiments go awry, causing a tear in space and time, and unleashing an army of Frankensteins from parallel universes into the midst of a bloody Civil War battle.
