Francis Larson, a social outcast, is wrongly imprisoned for murder and fakes his own suicide. He then undergoes a physical transformation to become Frank Delano, aided by his eccentric uncle Bobby. Frank returns to Arnolds Park to uncover the truth and clear his name, aided by a young woman with connections to the key witness.
