Two sisters, Bibi and Kiki, must raise 20,000 Ghana cedis within 12 hours to save their dying mother. After failed attempts to get help, they turn to a highway bus robbery, which initially succeeds in gathering the funds. However, their celebration is short-lived as another group of armed robbers arrives, stealing everything they've stolen. With time running out and their mother's life on the line, the sisters must make a desperate decision to save themselves and their mother.
