Beneath Still Waters

In Northern Spain, a dam's construction in 1965 threatens to flood the town of Marienbad, prompting two boys to sneak in and discover a group of chained individuals in the abandoned church. Decades later, a teenager goes missing while swimming in the lake during the dam's anniversary celebration. As police divers search for the body, a journalist and a local reporter uncover dark secrets about Marienbad, a cult leader, and the town's sinister past.
