The film follows the story of Merchandise Distributors, a group dealing in stolen goods, and their customers, Carter & Collins Druggists. The store's owner, Les Carter, convinces his partner to buy from them at a low price, despite knowing the goods are stolen. However, things take a turn when Collins considers ending the arrangement, and the police must act quickly to prevent a flood of questionable drugs from hitting the market.
