Amy's life is consumed by her job and coffee roasting hobby, but after losing her job before Christmas, her brother convinces her to say yes to everything until the holiday. This leads her to an improvisational theater performance, where she's pulled on stage by Nico and ends up participating in a charity activity to wrap Christmas presents. As she can't resist saying no, she gets to know Nico and discovers they have more in common than she thought.
