An animal's fall through the ice sets off a chain of events, as a pig, W.C. Squeals, teams up with a Saint Bernard dog to get his paws on a drink. Squeals' schemes to get the drink himself are foiled, but a drunken fish, who swam through a liquor spill, ends up winning him an ice-skating contest and a loving cup filled with the dog's drink.
