Three orphan sisters, Irene, Ana, and Maite, are raised by their strict aunt Paulina and their mute, grandmother in Madrid after their parents' tragic passing. Ana is particularly drawn to death, haunted by the painful memories of her mother's passing and her father's lifeless body.
