In 1589, six innocent women were falsely accused of witchcraft and brutally burned at the stake in the Small Ligurian Mountains. One of the last women to be executed, possessed by the demon Pazuzu, was offered a deal: eternal loyalty and obedience in exchange for the power to exact revenge on those responsible and the people of the mountain. Fast forward to the 20th century, the burned women were reborn as malevolent entities. In 2009, a series of terrifying events and ritual murders took place, prompting the Vatican to dispatch exorcist Don Gabriele to investigate the sinister occurrences.
