Two corrupt narcotics detectives, Berg and Jackson, have accumulated a large stash of stolen drugs and money over the years. However, when their two and a half million dollar hoard goes missing, they are driven by greed and paranoia to search for the stolen funds, leading them down a trail of criminal oddities and a deadly game of cat and mouse.
