On Ellis Island, they reunite with gang leader Dude and his henchmen, as well as Kendrich's niece Betty. Meanwhile, a crook named Solo, posing as Treasury Agent Peter James, has stolen the prisoners' attention, planning to use his fake credentials to gain their trust and uncover the location of the stolen money.
