A downed Martian spacecraft leads industrialist Bryant to encounter Mota, the sole survivor from Mars. Initially, Mota seeks Bryant's help to impose a supreme dictator on Earth, using advanced atomic weapons, claiming it's for the planet's own good. However, their plan to steal uranium is thwarted by Kent Fowler, a brave pilot from the Fowler Air Patrol, who takes on the villains single-handedly.
