Gloria's life is turned upside down when she inherits a microfilm cassette from a dying agent, unaware of the danger that follows. Pursued by a dwarf and an albino, she teams up with San Francisco detective Tony Carlson to take down her pursuers. As they unravel the plot, they discover a sinister plan to assassinate the Pope during his visit to the city for "The Mikado". With time running out, Gloria and Tony must act fast to prevent the heinous crime.
