Merv Doody, a true horror enthusiast, sees a bumbling psycho killer at his doorstep. Initially, he wants to survive, but soon becomes fascinated by transforming the inept killer into the ultimate slasher. With his friend Onkey's help, they create a killing machine, surpassing Jason and Freddy. The "man with the spatula" becomes a force of destruction in Redwater Cove, and Merv and Onkey must stop their creation before it's too late.
