Two rival sailors, Skitch Kilroy and Pappy Reagan, arrive in Marseilles, eager to resume their competitive pursuit of Mimi. However, they're ordered to stay on board and protect the ship's cargo from a black market gang. Lured away from the ship, they discover the gang, led by Schultz, has stolen the shipment. Skitch and Pappy decide to take matters into their own hands, but first, they visit Mimi's apartment, where they uncover a surprising link between her and the gang.
