A rock band, led by Gumby, plans a benefit concert to help struggling farmers save their homes. However, their music attracts the attention of the evil Blockheads, who kidnap Gumby's dog, Lowbelly, to record his unique ability to cry pearls when hearing the music live. The villains then set their sights on kidnapping the band members to ensure a steady supply of pearl-crying music.
