In the kingdom of Zanzibar, a clever solution is found to rid the harbor of shark infestation, with the introduction of twelve hippos. However, once the sharks are gone, the hippos become a nuisance, and their fate is sealed by Aban Khan, except for one little hippo named Hugo, whose journey is just beginning.
