Two young friends, Mbwana and Juma, see their small town transformed into a tourist hub after photographing a massive fish jumping out of the sea. However, as time passes, Mbwana's reality becomes distorted, and when he encounters the fish again, both of them are now old, forgotten, and ruined, leading Mbwana to decide that only one of them can survive.
