In this horror film, a satanist is brutally punished by clergymen before being murdered by the archbishop. As he takes his last breath, he curses the archbishop's descendants, threatening to bring forth the Antichrist through one of their own. The curse is forgotten until centuries later, when a group of treasure hunters disturb the satanist's tomb, unleashing a chain of catastrophic events that threatens to bring about the apocalypse.
